Housing Policy

In the Family Unit max 6 people can stay.

In the room with 2 beds max 4 people can stay.

Housing rates include free local phone (long distance only with calling cards), free Wi-Fi access and all utilities (heating, electric, water).

Housing stay does not include any motel services: cleaning, changing sheets, free suppliers.  Tenants are responsible for keeping room clean, buying suppliers, washing sheets and towels.
