There is $300 security deposit for Family Unit and $200
for room with 2 beds responsible at check in. The deposit will be 100%
return at check out if no damage in room is done and room is clean.
The housing rates are for stay more then 30 days. If
you will check out before 30 days: less then one week - you pay
daily rates; one - two weeks rates are
50% higher, two - three weeks 30% higher; three - four weeks 10% higher.
Also 11% of taxes will be charged if check out before 30 days.
